The model is Yu and it was taken at the gallery she works for one random afternoon. I'm drawn to images of silhouettes and the back of subjects, like this photograph. There's an air of mystery, not knowing who the subject is, as well as a feeling of distance between you and the subject. A distance in which you could never reach.
I'm submitting this to Art & About held in Hyde Park towards end of the year. Wish me luck! Would love to see this reprinted to 2.33 x 3.5m in size and hanging along the pathway amongst the trees.
